Crypsis Collective Inc

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Crypsis Collective Inc handles information across our mobile applications, websites, and related services.

Last updated: August 24, 2026 Contact: shelbymccamish@gmail.com

1. Scope

Crypsis Collective Inc provides software products and digital services, including Dr.outfit, MoneyTrack, HomeFit AI Coach, Thoring: Plant identifier, PlantApp-Plant Id and Diagnose, Hairstyle Designer, Prism Atelier, TwoMemory: AI Songs, Music, AR Draw, Memento AI Photo Frame, and other Crypsis Collective apps. This policy applies when you use our apps, websites, customer support, and related services.

Some products are local-first, some use device-based accounts, and some may use AI-assisted processing. The information we handle depends on the product and features you choose to use.

2. Information We Handle

Depending on the product, we may handle the following categories of information:

  • Information you provide, such as text entries, photos, selfies, videos, notes, preferences, support messages, or email address if you contact us or bind an email.
  • App content you create or save, such as outfits, budgets, training records, meal records, plant care notes, selfie quality checks, face-shape or facial-feature analysis, pose landmarks or movement-analysis results, analysis results, and generated outputs.
  • Device and account information used to operate the app, such as a device-based user identifier, app version, language, country or region, account balance, advertising identifier, and installation identifier where applicable.
  • Purchase, points, or entitlement information where a product offers paid features, credits, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
  • Usage, advertising, analytics, and diagnostic information, such as app events, feature usage, ad interactions, network request metadata, diagnostic logs, crash or error information, and security information needed to operate and protect the services.

3. Product-Specific Details

Dr.outfit

Dr.outfit may process wardrobe items, clothing photos, style preferences, outfit feedback, virtual try-on images, weather context, and generated outfit recommendations.

MoneyTrack

MoneyTrack is designed as a local-first finance tool. It may store budgets, spending records, assets, savings goals, order screenshots, OCR text, and local reports on your device unless a feature clearly states that data is sent to a service.

HomeFit AI Coach

HomeFit AI Coach may process training records, exercise videos, locally generated pose landmarks, pose-analysis results, body movement feedback, weight records, meal photos, AI coaching reports, device-based account information, and AI points or purchase entitlements.

Exercise videos selected for pose analysis are processed on the user's device. The original exercise video and its video frames are not uploaded to Crypsis Collective Inc or OpenAI as part of the AI coaching request. With the user's permission, the app sends only the device-based user identifier and the structured movement-analysis information needed to generate the requested coaching feedback. This information may include the exercise type, repetition count, detected movement issues, and locally derived pose measurements or landmarks.

Hairstyle Designer

Hairstyle Designer may process front-facing selfies, local selfie quality checks, face-shape and facial-feature analysis, hairstyle recommendation results, selected hairstyle data, generated hairstyle images, saved history records, language preferences, device-based guest account information, points, purchases, and subscription entitlements.

Selfies selected for AI hairstyle analysis may be uploaded to Crypsis Collective Inc backend services and object storage so that the app can request hairstyle recommendations and generated hairstyle preview images. AI-generated hairstyle previews are for personal styling reference only.

Thoring: Plant identifier

Thoring: Plant identifier may process plant photos, diagnosis notes, follow-up questions, plant profiles, care plans, task status, environmental readings, and plant safety reminders.

PlantApp-Plant Id and Diagnose

PlantApp-Plant Id and Diagnose may process plant photos, diagnosis notes, follow-up questions, plant profiles, care plans, task status, environmental readings, and plant safety reminders.

Prism Atelier

Prism Atelier may process photos you select from your gallery or capture with the system camera, AI-generated colored-pencil images, local work and version history, generation task identifiers, language settings, AI credit balances, a device-based guest user ID, Android ID, app version, and system locale country code.

The app keeps original and generated images in its local work library. To perform the requested image transformation, the selected photo is encoded and uploaded through Crypsis Collective Inc backend and media storage services, and the generated result is downloaded to the device. Results are creative convenience outputs and may be inaccurate, stylized, or unsuitable for a particular use.

TwoMemory: AI Songs, Music

TwoMemory may process memory descriptions, original lyrics, song titles, language, mood, music style, vocal mode, duration, visibility settings, and up to eight photos selected through the Android system photo picker. When you submit an AI music request, the applicable text and selected photos are uploaded to the configured AI music service, which returns task status, an audio URL, lyrics, title, duration, and related song metadata.

Language, onboarding status, notification and audio-quality preferences, and a memory-space name may be stored locally. Drafts and the active library are currently held mainly in app memory. TwoMemory currently operates in guest mode and does not collect an email address or device identifier for an account. The production AI provider, model, hosting region, server retention period, and training use have not yet been confirmed. Generated songs and lyrics are convenience and creative outputs and may be inaccurate, incomplete, stylized, or unsuitable for a particular use.

AR Draw

AR Draw may process camera images, photos selected through the Android system photo picker, imported image references, traced or composited artwork, favorites, drawing interests, generated line-art files and history, a device-based guest user ID, Android ID or a generated device identifier, app version, language, country, SIM availability, optional bound email address, points, and Google Play purchase or entitlement records.

Camera tracing, template use, ordinary photo import, editing, saving, and sharing are handled on the device. Only when you confirm an AI line-art request does AR Draw upload the selected JPEG, PNG, or WebP image and related file metadata through Crypsis Collective backend and media storage services. The generated line art is downloaded to the app's private storage. AI results are creative convenience outputs and may be inaccurate, incomplete, stylized, or unsuitable for a particular use. Server retention, storage region, the underlying AI provider and model, human review, and model-training use have not yet been confirmed.

Memento AI Photo Frame

Memento AI Photo Frame may process photos, short videos or Live Photos selected through system media pickers, local album names and titles, favorites, drafts, generated memories, language and theme settings, and local AI task recovery records. Ordinary instant-photo and motion-photo editing, albums, export, and sharing are handled on the device.

When AI Together is enabled and you confirm a generation request, the app may upload two selected photos together with relationship, scene, action, and whether the photos include a child. Nexus account and AI services may also process a guest user ID, task ID, image URLs and hashes, generation status, and points information. The generated PNG is downloaded and stored on your device. These AI results are creative convenience outputs and may be inaccurate, incomplete, stylized, or unsuitable for a particular use. Production availability, the underlying AI provider and model, server retention, storage region, human review, and model-training use have not yet been confirmed.

4. AI Features and Important Limits

Our products may use AI-assisted features such as image analysis, video pose analysis, OCR, outfit recommendations, hairstyle recommendations, photo-to-art transformation, line-art generation, AI image generation, AI music and lyric generation, plant diagnosis, and coaching-style text feedback. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation.

AI outputs are provided for general informational and convenience purposes only. They are not medical, financial, legal, veterinary, botanical, safety, or other professional advice.

HomeFit AI Coach does not diagnose medical conditions, treat injuries, or replace a physician, rehabilitation specialist, or certified fitness professional. Stop exercising and seek qualified help if you experience pain, dizziness, injury, or other health concerns.

MoneyTrack reports and spending suggestions are not financial advice. Plant diagnosis and safety outputs should not be relied on for emergency, poisoning, food safety, or pet safety decisions. Hairstyle suggestions, face-shape analysis, and generated hairstyle previews are for styling reference only and are not identity, health, beauty, or professional salon advice.

Prism Atelier's generated colored-pencil images are creative outputs for personal use and reference. They may differ from the source photo, omit or alter details, and should not be used for identity verification or other decisions that require an accurate representation.

TwoMemory's generated songs, audio, lyrics, and metadata are creative convenience outputs. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, altered from the source material, or similar to other content. Do not use them for identity verification, professional advice, or decisions that require an exact record of a person or event.

5. Third-Party AI Processing and User Consent

Some AI-assisted features send requests through Crypsis Collective Inc's secure backend services and use the OpenAI API, provided by OpenAI, L.L.C. ("OpenAI"), to generate analysis, recommendations, summaries, explanations, or coaching-style responses. When a feature uses OpenAI, the app will ask for your permission before sending personal data to Crypsis Collective Inc and OpenAI for that AI request.

Prism Atelier routes uploaded photos through the Nexus v7 AI workflow. The underlying AI provider and model for that workflow may vary and are not identified in the current app materials; this paragraph does not represent that Prism Atelier uses OpenAI unless the app or an updated notice specifically says so.

When enabled, Memento AI Photo Frame routes two user-confirmed photos and selected generation settings through Nexus account, presigned media storage, and Nexus Skill services. Its underlying AI provider and model are not identified in the current app materials; this paragraph does not represent that Memento AI Photo Frame uses OpenAI unless the app or an updated notice specifically says so.

AR Draw routes only user-confirmed AI line-art images through the Nexus Skill workflow and presigned media storage. Its underlying AI provider and model are not identified in the current app materials; this paragraph does not represent that AR Draw uses OpenAI unless the app or an updated notice specifically says so.

TwoMemory sends the text, song settings, and selected photos needed for a requested generation to a configurable AI music service over HTTPS. The production provider, model, domain, infrastructure vendor, storage region, retention period, human-review practices, and model-training use are not identified in the current app materials. This policy does not represent that TwoMemory uses OpenAI, Nexus, or another named provider unless the app or an updated notice specifically says so.

The data sent to OpenAI depends on the feature you choose to use. It may include the text you enter, photos, selfies or image URLs you choose to analyze, exercise records, locally generated pose landmarks or movement-analysis results, hairstyle selections, face-shape or facial-feature analysis, plant diagnosis questions, wardrobe preferences, app records needed to generate the requested response, and related technical metadata needed to process the request. We do not intentionally send payment card numbers, government identifiers, passwords, contacts, or unrelated device files to OpenAI.

We send this information to OpenAI only to provide the AI feature you requested, such as generating feedback, identifying patterns, summarizing app content, or producing a recommendation. OpenAI may process API inputs and outputs to provide and secure its services, including abuse monitoring and legal compliance. According to OpenAI, API inputs and outputs are not used to train OpenAI models by default unless the customer explicitly opts in. We require third-party service providers that process personal data for us to provide the same or an equivalent level of privacy protection for that data.

Crypsis Collective Inc's backend systems retain AI request data and generated outputs to deliver requested results, maintain account and points records, support troubleshooting, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Crypsis Collective Inc does not use AI request data or generated outputs to train or fine-tune AI models and does not permit OpenAI to use them for model training on our behalf unless a user is separately informed and expressly opts in.

You can choose not to use AI-assisted features or decline the in-app AI data sharing permission prompt. If you decline, the app will not send the relevant personal data to OpenAI for that request, but the AI feature may not be available or may not produce a result.

If a product is described as local-first, the core records for that product are intended to remain on your device unless you use a feature that clearly requires network processing or cloud services.

8. Retention and Security

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected. Crypsis Collective Inc retains AI requests and generated outputs while needed to deliver requested results, maintain related account and points records, provide support, troubleshoot failures, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer reasonably needed for those purposes, we delete or de-identify it, subject to ordinary backup lifecycles and records that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or accounting purposes.

Local data may remain on your device until you delete it, uninstall the app, or use available in-app deletion tools. You may also request deletion of associated account and AI service data as described below.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
